More life update!
"Persistence brings success"
Through all the games I've played, I've wanted to quit playing because I did something wrong, because people complained at how bad I am. Don't lie, we've all been there but no matter what someone tells you or how you're playing or how bad you think you're playing, you will get better! It may take time but some things that persistence can bring is completely worth it.
Counter-Strike: Source: I was really bad at it but I kept at it, I still think I'm bad now but the fact that I get comments about how good I am from random scrubs makes it completely worth it!
Counter-Strike: I was really bad at it and I still am but I continue to try and occasionally I get something nice which I'm proud of, which makes me want to keep on playing, nothing good of yet has came out of it but I hope that sometime in the future it will!
QuakeLive: I have never been very good at all out shoot aim jump games but Quake was my first, I gave this an attempt when I was a lot younger on the PC in Quake III Arena, though I was never that good, the game would always keep me entertained, I just couldn't get bored of it. Now after having a break from it and then going on Quake Live to play with some friends, I've found out that what I used to do back then in Q3A I can now do in Quake Live, granted some things have changed but the fact of being invited to IEM makes it completely worth it, I doubt I'm going to win but hell! It's the experience that counts, if I won though, I would be so happy, I'd buy like a years supply of Bueno Kinder and then probably some more to eat inbetween eating them! There I am... Talking about chocolate again!
Going to the cinema in a bit, I wonder what I'll see... Oh and I speedran Final Fantasy VII again. Cut a lot more time off, I'm now on 5 hours 22 minutes and 0 seconds. That is with all cut scene time taken off, of-course. Speed run info:
All people collected
All Materia gained
All Ultimate weapons gained
All people up to level 99
I don't think I'll try and beat that anymore, there's no way I could do that any faster, that was an almost perfect run, I had some troubles on Seph but I quickly sorted him out!
Final boss time: 3 minutes 59 seconds
Nothing much more to add to this anymore, will probably go and dribble over my pre-order package for Call of Duty: Black Ops for a bit more... It's almost here!

Woot!
Right, seen Paranormal Activity 2, I give it a 7/10, better than the first and a lot less more predictable, scared me a bit and I rather enjoyed it, worth buying but I wouldn't say go to the movies to see it.
Just finished speedrunning Beyond Good & Evil: 3 hours 15 minutes and 13 seconds. No deaths, all pearls and all species taken (So 100%)
Coulda shaved off about 15-20 more minutes but I almost died on the last boss, kept pushing the wrong way and x far too many times!
Next game to speed run will be either:
Fallout 3
Ghost Hunter
Jak II
Fallout: New Vegas
Or something completely different.
Will update once I've decided and settled down a bit, might even speed run the game once more to see if I can get it under 2 hours 45 minutes that would be pretty cool.

Small entry
I've been rather busy today trying to do some stuff!
Modern Warfare 2 for the PS3, 6on6 tournament done by some friends, 15 teams, 60 pounds per team (10 pounds each) winner takes all and hey, we came first! So I'm rather happy about that, just waiting for the bank to clear the thing with teh monies on it and then I have some money! Yay.
I got invited to play in next years Quake Live IEM (open) So I might start to practice that also, well, practice a bit harder, I'm more just playing for fun right now than to prove I'm good or anything like that.
I'm reapplying for the Razor sponsership again, hopefully they'll accept it for Quake and not completely lead me on like they did for cstrike.
Not much more to say really... Money soon from MW2. Not sure what to buy though... Maybe StarCraft 2 or something? Hmm... Or New Vegas... Nah, something multiplayer.
Anyway, still haven't seen Paranormal Activity 2 yet! -sad- maybe tomorrow fingers crossed!

Counter-Strike resign and others
Resigning from Counter-Strike for a bit, the game's too slow for me and after I've been playing Quake, no game seems to match up to it.
Once I get my steam account sorted or manage to sort out my bank and stuff I will be playing the following games:
Team Fortress 2
Quake
I don't really play much games anymore and if I do I don't seem to last very long on them, I'm very into RTS now though. Looking into getting StarCraft 2 for myself but with my current bank issues and Christmas coming up, I don't think it's a very good idea to do that.
But hey, Black Ops soon, so should keep me busy, Call of Duty series, you've been there for me!
Still haven't seen Paranormal Activity 2 yet though, no friends wanted to go on release night, which kind of ruined this whole entry today! Which I was going to use to speak about it... Ohwell.
I won a wicked Quake Live match today on DM6 against my friend 3Nex, he's A LOT better than me and was leading 5-0 but in the last 5 minutes I got the tables turned and made it 10-5, pretty proud of myself for that...
I'm addicted to Bueno Kinder Chocolate bars... Need to calm down on them, they can't be good for me~.
I'll be ending this entry here, hopefully I would of seen Paranormal Activity 2 by tomorrow for tomorrows entry!

Few films I've seen recently!
Right, so I've recently seen a few films.
Films we have lined up: RED, The Social Network and Paranormal Activity 2
So lets begin with RED.
Starring Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman, ex CIA agents know too much and are to be killed. A good mix of action and comedy, definitely worth seeing on the big screen! I have literally nothing at all bad to say about this film. If you like action, comedy, Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman, this film is just for you!
The Social Network
About the creators of 'Facebook' and how it all began a rather clever film and is VERY intriguing! Although not action packed or anything like RED is, it's still definitely worth seeing! The Story follows a teenage boy throughout his problems; lawsuits and friendship. It's a slow film but if you enjoy story this film should catch your eye, it's about an hour and a half long and will race by. It's almost like a documentary just... Better!
Paranormal Activity 2.
I have... Not seen this yet, I'm looking forward to seeing it, I was not a very big fan of the first but I guessed that before I actually saw it, just by the trailers. This film has grabbed my attention and may be what gets the film back onto it's feet and scaring us once more! Hopefully it won't be as predictable as the last was...!
Now onto other things
I have a new favorite song (Yay!) Like a G6 by Far East Movement I seriously cannot get enough of this song, after the first listen I kind of felt the curse come over me instantly... I've done everything like a G6 and I'm trying really hard not to do this blog like a G6 but I think... I just failed by going on about the song already.
Oh and I was looking at StarCraft 2... Still full price, very annoying but Black Ops should keep me busy on the 9th (I'm picking it up in the middle of the night for a special release!) So that should be fun.
Hmm... Oh and I played Quake with a friend who said he knew how to play... His score said different... I'm going to sue them in a few days if they don't sort this shit out, they've taken money and then claimed that they haven't done it, even though it clearly states on any bank you checked at... I've given them a warning of 6 days to sort it out or I'm just going to go for it, I'm pretty sure I can't loose, just due to the fact that you can't take double the amount out and then claim you haven't done it when it's rather obvious...
